TVA Mate is a handy application designed to make working with TVA ( Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutee - French Value Added Tax ) easy.
Simply choose your TVA rate, the standard rate of 19.6% or the reduced rate of 5.5%. There is also available a special reduced rate of 2.1% for certain items.
Use TVA Mate to add TVA to an amount or reverse calculate the VAT from an amount that already includes the TVA.
To add TVA to an amount, enter the amount into the "TVA Excluded" field and click "Calculate".
To find out the TVA amount from a total that already includes TVA, enter that amount into the "TVA Included" field and click "Calculate".
Its that easy.
