The fixed HST rate of 13% only applies to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland / Labrador.
Use HST Mate to add HST ( harmonized sales tax ) to an amount or reverse calculate the HST from a HST included amount.
To add HST to an amount, enter the amount into the "HST Excluded" field and click "Calculate".
To find out the HST amount from a total that already includes HST, enter that amount into the "HST Included" field and click "Calculate".
